Ms Brimblecombe-Fox is a contemporary Australian artist interested in the connections between the nano and the universal. Her work is regularly exhibited in Australia and has also been shown in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Seoul.

The paintings featured in For Everyone were created 14 years ago as responses to the artist鈥檚 young children. Ms Brimblecombe-Fox said the paintings spoke to all readers irrespective of age or background.

鈥淭he paintings provide insights into the inner child, or essence, which exists within everyone and responds to our experiences throughout our lives,鈥 she said.

鈥淢any of the paintings embrace a positive ownership of pride, potential and achievement.鈥

One of the artworks is titled Potential and depicts a white figure with outstretched arms, multiple rays emanating from its head and a red heart pounding in its chest. The figure is surrounded by a pulsating colour palette on a midnight blue background.

Ms Brimblecombe-Fox said each page had the capacity to trigger memories, insights, thoughts and dreams.

For Everyone will be launched at 6pm on February 23 at the Fireworks Gallery in Newstead.
